My SCOVILLE ancestors jumped around from town to town in Litchfield County. I am searching for my third g. grandfather Franklin SCOVILLE during his stay in Barkhamsted. I know he was there in 1839 as one of his children, William was born there on 4 December 1839. Franklin's wife was Amarilla HOTCHKISS.
